Courtney McKinstry serves as the Policy Advisory for the Arizona Chamber Foundation. Courtney works in partnership with the Foundation and the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry to accelerate the priorities of the business community.

At the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Courtney serves as the Vice President of Government Relations. She specializes in working with key elected officials and stakeholders to build support on policy issues that impact the state’s job creators and make Arizona more economically competitive. Prior to joining the Chamber, Courtney worked in the private sector as a lobbyist for HighGround Public Affairs and served as the Legislative Affairs Director for Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, where she had a proven track record of success including securing millions of dollars in additional funding for the agency.

Prior to her time at the Attorney General’s office, she was Majority Research Analyst in the Arizona House of Representatives where she advised legislators and worked with legislators and stakeholders to create and analyze the impact of legislation. She served the Committee on Public Safety, Military and Regulatory Affairs, as well as the Committee on Insurance and Retirement. Courtney was also a Legislative Assistant at the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs.

Courtney is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. She has two sons and a daughter.
