Becky Hill guides the policy and research agenda for the Foundation. She works in partnership the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry to accelerate the priorities of the business community.

Becky began her career as a member of the research staff for the Arizona House of Representatives and covered multiple committees on a range of issues from appropriations to local government.  After two sessions in the House, she went to the League of Arizona Cities and Towns where she became the Director of Legislative Affairs and worked on numerous policy areas including public finance, infrastructure, elections, and land use. In 2002, she served as the Director of State and Congressional Affairs for State Superintendent of Public Instruction and in 2003 became the Education Policy Advisor for Governor Janet Napolitano.

Having worked with leaders and elected officials from all walks of life and political points of view, as well as a broad portfolio of public policy issues, have given her an expertise in public policy development and levers for change.

In 2007, Becky opened her own firm, Hill Advocacy, LLC where she has advised clients from an array of industries including banking and finance, real estate, education, technology, transportation, and health care.

Becky is a graduate of Arizona State University.
